1. Your account

By signing up, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 14 years old to use the service.

Use a real email address — sign-in and recovery links are sent there. Keep your password safe and don't share your account: anything that happens in it is considered done by you. If you notice someone else signed in, change your password and contact us.

Your username must not impersonate another person or company, mislead or offend. We may ask you to change such a username or change it ourselves.

2. Your content

Everything you add — wishes, photos, descriptions — stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show this content to the people you've given access, only as far as needed to run the service. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only add content you have the rights to. Titles, photos and prices fetched from a link belong to the stores and their rights holders — we just show them in your list.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use wish.tips to post illegal, offensive or other people's content without permission, send spam or malicious links, impersonate others, collect other users' data, bypass access restrictions and limits, or disrupt the service.

If you break these rules, we may hide content, restrict access or delete your account. Where possible, we'll warn you first and explain why.

4. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly and to never lose anything, but we can't guarantee it: outages, maintenance and bugs happen.

We don't sell goods and aren't party to dealings between you, givers and stores. Prices and availability behind links may change — check them on the store's site. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example, when we add new features. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. We'll notify you by email in advance of significant changes. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them; if not, you can delete your account.
